1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of www.jumblu.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from JumbluBricks, trading as Jumblu ("we", "us", "our"), Järvevana tee 9, 11314 Tallinn, Estonia, email support@jumblu.com. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

Our products are building brick sets. We try to show colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible, but images are for illustration and the actual product may differ slightly. Piece counts are approximate and may vary a little by production batch.

Jumblu is an independent brand. Our sets are compatible with major building brick brands, but we're not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any other toy manufacturer or vehicle brand. Any third-party names are used only to describe a set's style or inspiration.

Safety warning: Our sets contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old because of the choking hazard. Please follow the recommended age shown on each product, and supervise younger builders.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and payment is taken when you place your order.

If a price is clearly wrong because of an obvious error, we'll contact you before shipping and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Orders and contract

After you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. A contract between you and us is formed when we send that confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, we can't deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund any payment in full.

6. Shipping

We deliver to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person you've nominated.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. We also offer a 30-day return window on unused sets. Full details, including a model withdrawal form, are in our Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantee

Under EU law, you're entitled to goods that match their description and are free from defects. If a product isn't as described or turns out faulty within 2 years of delivery, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it in line with your legal rights.

9. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content in bulk, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site (text, images, logos and design) belongs to JumbluBricks or its licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use without our permission.

10. Reviews and user content

If you send us photos, reviews or other content (for example for our Builder Spotlight), you confirm it's your own, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display it on our Site and social channels. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

11. Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under product liability law.

12. Events outside our control

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions, natural disasters or strikes. If this happens, we'll let you know and do our best to minimise the effect.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you're a consumer, you still benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@jumblu.com and we'll do our best to resolve it. EU consumers can also contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) or their national consumer authority.
